PPI止跌回升 猪价“淡季不淡” 5月物价数据传递积极信号

北京讯 国家统计局6月12日发布的数据显示，5月份，全国居民消费价格指数（CPI）同比上涨0.3%，涨幅与4月持平；工业生产者出厂价格指数（PPI）环比由降转涨，上涨0.2%，同比降幅收窄至1.4%。

PPI止跌回升，传递经济企稳信号

PPI是衡量工业企业产品出厂价格变化的指标，被视为经济运行的先行指标之一。5月份，PPI环比由降转涨，结束了此前连续6个月下降的趋势，表明工业企业产品价格止跌回升，有利于企业利润改善，增强市场信心，为经济企稳回升提供重要支撑。

猪价“淡季不淡”，食品价格总体平稳

受猪肉价格上涨影响，5月份食品价格环比由降转平。其中，猪肉价格环比上涨1.1%，同比上涨4.6%。业内人士分析，猪肉价格上涨主要受前期生猪产能去化和下半年猪肉价格上涨预期等因素影响。

除猪肉以外，鲜菜、淡水鱼等食品价格环比有所上涨，而鸡蛋、鲜果、食用油价格环比有所下降。总体来看，5月份食品价格总体平稳运行，对CPI上涨形成支撑。

非食品价格温和上涨，核心CPI保持温和上涨态势

5月份，非食品价格同比上涨0.8%，涨幅略低于4月。其中，能源价格上涨3.4%，涨幅回落0.2个百分点；扣除能源价格的工业消费品价格上涨0.1%，涨幅回落0.3个百分点。

扣除食品和能源价格的核心CPI同比上涨0.6%，继续保持温和上涨态势。

专家分析：物价温和上涨，经济运行有望保持平稳

国家统计局城市司首席统计师董莉娟分析认为，5月份CPI、PPI数据总体平稳，反映出我国经济运行总体平稳，物价水平总体可控。

展望未来，随着国内经济企稳回升，居民消费需求逐步恢复，预计CPI环比将有所回升。在去年低基数效应持续作用下，PPI同比降幅将继续收窄。

中国民生银行首席经济学家温彬表示，当前我国经济运行正处于企稳回升过程中，物价总体将保持温和上涨态势。预计二、三季度，CPI同比涨幅将保持在0.3%至1%之间。
